Oversees and tracks all stages of the implementation process.  Conducts on-site customer training on features and operations of technology products.  Prepares training materials and documentation for customers.  Ensures implementation deadlines are met, resolves scheduling issues and tracks personnel progress.  Keeps informed of project progress and prepares reports for management and vendors. Responsible for project lifecycle – coordinating, scheduling, planning and training through project completion. Reports to the Director of Implementation Services.  Must be RN, LPN, or have 15+ years of Clinical Long Term Care experience.

The Lead Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst will be assigned to lead the QA team of a software development project or software product maintenance release effort. The duties will include, but not be limited to: (1) apply in detail their knowledge of the functionality of the AHT software suite (LTC); (2) reviewing the product design and requirements documents of new products being developed for accuracy, correctness, and completeness; (3) utilize the requirements and functional documents and defect data to define, design, and develop test products to verify they work as intended; (4) perform and oversee testing in accordance with the test documents and tools that are to be used (5) organize, participate in, and conduct code reviews; and (5) conduct regression testing, as needed.

The Application Support Analyst is responsible for addressing software application and technical support questions from customers using American HealthTech (AHT) software applications.  This requires analysis, troubleshooting, and diagnosing software or user related problems and recommending solutions, offering training options, or escalating the concern to management staff.

The Clinical Systems Designer is responsible for designing new clinical systems and designing enhancements to existing American HealthTech clinical systems.  The position works closely with customers and internal AHT staff to determine system requirements.  The incumbent will develop requirements and conceptual designs for proposed system changes and will present these designs to key AHT management and staff as well as customers.  The incumbent will develop detailed functional specifications from the conceptual design.
